I’m the founder of Mindful Sleep, certified pediatric sleep consultant, author, and mom to two wild boys who sleep through the night in their own room, every night. Once bedtime is done, I know I get a couple of hours to myself to unwind. I love waking up before the kids to enjoy my coffee (fresh, not microwaved for the 3rd time), while the house is quiet, and read.
