BEDTIME BATTLES
You can set boundaries and still meet your preschooler's needs.
Preschool is a time for BIG changes! A toddler bed, dropping the last nap, new skills, and LOTS of learning! Their busy little brains (and bodies!) are non-stop, which can make bedtime something you dread. It's important to establish boundaries and have a consistent bedtime for your preschooler so they are getting the sleep they need to learn and do all the new things!
You don't have to tackle these stressful changes alone. I'll give you the tools and guidance to get everyone sleeping better!
Preschooler
IS THIS THE RIGHT OPTION FOR ME?
✔️ Your child is ready to make the big kid bed transition.
✔️ They are no longer wanting to nap.
✔️ Your preschooler is pushing boundaries at bedtime.
✔️ You want to enjoy your evenings again.
✔️ You want your child to sleep in their OWN bed.
✔️ You are ready to have date nights and feel confident bedtime will be a breeze for the babysitter!
I would highly recommend Yasmin from Mindful Sleep Consulting. She helped my 3-year-old son who randomly got out of whack and started to wake up multiple times throughout the night for a month straight get back on a regular sleep cycle. Yasmin helped us create a whole new schedule and within a few days we already noticed a huge difference. By the end of the first week, he was back to sleeping 12 hours straight! It was a miracle!

Are you ready to look forward to bedtime with your preschooler and give them the rest they need to thrive?
HOW IT WORKS
Yasmin has fundamentally changed our family's life for the better. Not only is our son perceptibly happier and more energetic, but my husband and I now have consistent "us" time together.

Common Questions
When can we switch to a toddler bed?
I recommend holding off until as close to age 3 as possible. Developmentally, your toddler is not quite ready to take on the boundaries that come with this transition. Switching them too early can lead to unwanted sleep struggles for them AND you. If you're toddler has learned to climb out and it is becoming a safety issue, I have a variety of options to utilize before resorting to a toddler bed.
