HOW IT WORKS
Yasmin changed our lives. We went from our 8 week old waking every hour to half hour at night with one 2-4hr stretch if we were lucky to getting a 5-7hr stretch and then another 3hr stretch. It only took two weeks to turn everything around and we couldn’t have done it without her. Is this sleep training?
No - Your newborn isn’t yet capable of self-soothing. I don’t recommend formal sleep training until they are 4 months or older. Instead, my Newborn Sleep Support package focuses on establishing a good sleep foundation. My goal is to eliminate the frustration and uncertainty when it comes to your newborn's sleep while helping you learn about your baby and their needs, building a stronger bond. I will never tell you to let your newborn cry it out. This is the time for soaking up all those sweet snuggles!
